RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Cut & Pressed, our goal is to always provide the best quality shirts. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our customer service center as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days of receiving your items. We will work with you to make it right.

SHIPPING

We will cover the cost of shipping for any of our quarterly shirts going to the lower 48 states. All other purchases, including custom and bulk orders, will have shipping charges calculated based on lowest and best shipping options available at the time of purchase.

BULK & CUSTOM ORDERS

Can we have you distribute our bulk order to individuals?

To save you on shipping, we require all shirts in a bulk order be sent to the same address once the order is complete. We’ll be sure your order arrives organized and easy to sort, making your distribution process easy-peasy.

Do you have children's sizing?

With our bulk and custom orders, we offer most sizes. Infant, children, youth, and adult. Since various sizes don't always come from the same lot of fabric, please note there is a chance the colors might vary slightly.

How long do orders take from design to delivery?

Every timeframe will vary based on order complexity, volume of your order, current work queue, and mail times. The time to design is typically just a couple business days. To print, box, and ship your order it’s an average of two weeks. Expedited orders are available for an additional fee.

How much is shipping?

Our bulk orders vary in shipping based on weight and location. We’ll be sure you’re only charged the exact cost of shipping and we always aim for the lowest, best option.

I have a general idea of my design, but I need help finishing it up. Is that okay?

Absolutely! We help customers from beginning to end and all the spots in between. Whether you know exactly what you want, were simply nominated for the job, or are somewhere in between, we’ve got your back. If you need design services, we can do that! Prices vary based on complexity, so please email us for a quote today!

What is the minimum shirt order?

There is no minimum purchase required. We have competitive pricing for orders of any size.

What is your return policy?

All our shirts are custom and made to order. If there is an issue with the quality of your shirt(s), please reach out as soon as possible. As long as we hear from you within 14 days of getting your order, we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.

What t-shirt colors do you have available?

While we want to offer more colors than a mood ring, sometimes we are at the mercy of availability. Just let us know what color you’re looking for, and we’ll triple check to make sure we have what you need.

Are these shirts and their designs durable?

We want your shirt to last as long as possible. While we have many printing options, we highly recommend going with our water-based direct-to-garment process. Unless otherwise specified, this will be our go-to method to keep your shirts lasting a long time! Remember to follow all care instructions to extend the life of your shirt and its design.

Do you have gift cards?

We do! Ordering a gift card is a great way to get someone exactly what they want. Just visit our shop and add a gift card to your cart. When you check out, a unique gift card code will be delivered electronically to your email.
